      Pong: Pong is a set of three identical tiles. When declaring pong, the player places the set of three tiles face up on the table and immediately claims the fourth tile from the living wall.

      Chow: Chow is a set of three consecutive numbers in the same suit. When declaring chow, the player can steal the middle tile of the consecutive set from another players discard in order to complete the set.

      Kan: A kan is a set of four identical tiles. When declaring kan, the player can claim an extra tile from the dead wall or the living wall as compensation.

      Mahjong: When a player has a complete mahjong set, they can declare mahjong and win the round.

      Scoring System: Depending on the variation of the game, tiles can be worth different points. For instance, a winning mahjong may be worth 5 points, a pong may be worth 2 points, a chow may be worth 1 point, and dragon, wind, and flower tiles may all have specific point values.
